Job summary

Greystar (International) is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive sales, conduct viewings, and deliver a stellar resident experience across a 24-hour community. You will build relationships with contractors and vendors and manage tenancy administration to exceed expectations.

The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and proficiency with MS Office and property software. Shifts include 3 days/week rotating, with varied daytime hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and leasing experience in hospitality or residential settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with property software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Plan daily tasks to hit leasing targets.
• Update contact data accurately in systems.
• Welcome on-site enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle documentation, payments, and move-ins/outs.
