Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in the United Kingdom to support marketing and leasing activities, tenancy administration, and resident services across a community. You will coordinate with contractors and third parties to ensure a seamless resident experience and deliver front-of-house excellence.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, proactive problem solving, and accurate data management to support occupancy targets and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a sales role in a similar hospitality/Leisure/reservations environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic property operations software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings, enquiries, and conversions.
• Plan daily activities to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Update data capture systems and contact details accurately.
• Welcome on-site enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Follow up on documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Coordinate maintenance and move-in/out processes.
