Residential Development Lawyer (Plot Sales)

A leading and well‑established plot sales team is seeking an experienced lawyer to provide additional fee‑earning and strategic support within a rapidly growing residential development practice. The team has a long‑standing track record of advising on high‑volume plot sales for a broad client base, including national and regional developers, public sector bodies, and registered providers. You will play a senior role within the plot sales team dealing with complex matters whilst supporting the team development.
Ideal Solicitors or Legal Executives will have at least 4 years PQE in dealing with plot sales and residential development gained at a strong regional and City practice. Ideal Residential Development Lawyers will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will have experience across all key aspects of plot sales and residential development work and be able to manage high‑value and high‑volume conveyancing matters. As the appointed Lawyer you will be working alongside and developing relationships with local agents and high end property finders and estate agents.
