Responsibilities
  • Handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and secured lending

  • Advising clients, including high-net-worth individuals and investors, on complex property matters

  • Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documentation

  • Conducting due diligence, managing completions, and overseeing post-transaction procedures

  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process

  • Keeping up to date with regulatory changes in property law and compliance requirements
