Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their firm which has a good reputation and you will have your own office and secretarial support, as well as locum cover for holidays.

The firm have good relationships in place with the introducers and to be considered you will be experienced in managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters, keeping the conveyancing process moving. As a property fee earner, you will take over an up-to-date caseload of good quality properties across the Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. The clients are varied, many with high value homes and there are extremely lucrative relationships in place with the introducers who have been working with this team for many years.
