G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Middlesbrough to manage a varied property caseload from instruction to completion. You will build relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers to support ongoing growth of the department.

The role offers a strong starting salary, a generous bonus potential, and clear progression within a supportive firm. Experience in commercial property is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE/equivalent experience
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside an already established team, managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

You’ll also play an active role in developing relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other local referrers, helping to support the continued growth of the department.

You will be:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 2+ years’ PQE/equivalent experience – Can be flexible
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Confident ting ? actually Confident managing matters independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
