Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in Colchester to take ownership of a full caseload from instruction to completion, supported by a collaborative team. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, a competitive salary of £35,000–£50,000, and an uncapped bonus in recognition of performance.

You will handle freehold and leasehold matters, deliver excellent client service, and utilise modern case management systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
• Experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload
• Strong understanding of UK residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Proven ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent IT skills, including case management systems
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach

The Opportunity

Residential Conveyancer – Full Caseload Ownership

You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases)

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and attributes:

• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
