G2 Legal Limited is supporting a growing law firm seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to lead a busy residential property caseload in a collaborative team. The role focuses on high-quality client care and delivering precise legal guidance across freehold and leasehold matters.

You will work within an award-winning conveyancing team, with a strong focus on development and client service, and flexible hybrid working arrangements to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with at least six years’ experience.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and excellent client care
• Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
• Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Residential Property Department
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Residential Conveyancer

An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to join its expanding Residential Property team.

You will join an award-winning conveyancing team, working alongside experienced property professionals within one of the region’s leading residential property practices. The role
