Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. You will manage a full caseload, handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including new build matters, from instruction to post-completion.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience with freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions.
• Ability to manage files from instruction to post completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

An established and growing law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client focused firm.

You will manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post completion, working closely with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
