The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer, you will work alongside highly experienced directors known for their deep expertise in residential property law. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions, such as:

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Managing landlord and tenant transactions, including leases.
• Representing lenders and borrowers in residential property matters.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property transactions.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver a wide variety of conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, and leases.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
