Places for People is seeking a proactive Concierge for its Chelsea Creek development in London. You will greet residents and visitors, answer queries, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.

• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests.
• Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure.
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access.
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures.
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly.
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues.
