Places for People is seeking a Concierge to be the welcoming face for residents and visitors at our Chelsea Creek site in London. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, building a safe, secure, and pleasant living environment.

You will conduct building checks, manage access and deliveries, handle queries and emergencies with calm professionalism, and coordinate with the team to maintain high standards. We support flexible hours and inclusive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests.
• Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure.
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access.
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures.
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly.
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues.
