Savills Company is seeking a Front of House Concierge to provide a premium reception service at a Greater London site. You will welcome visitors, manage access, handle deliveries, and maintain a professional, safe environment in line with site procedures.

The role requires outstanding customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team, with a focus on safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in front of house concierge and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Confident, articulate communicator – both oral and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Efficient in administration and record keeping electronically.
• Demonstrable ability to solve problems effectively.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with new technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the front reception/concierge area to five-star audit standards.
• Greet visitors, manage log, and handle deliveries and parcel logistics.
• Answer phones and on-site intercom professionally for tenants.
• Keep operations manual up to date for reception/concierge processes.
• Ensure contractors comply with safety and site procedures.
• Walk the site to report faults and coordinate with managers and contractors.
• Assist staff, residents and visitors during emergencies as needed.
• Fulfill reasonable duties as requested by management.
