Qualifications

• Min 2 years of managerial experience in a residential home.
• Desirable: Assessor qualification (CAVA/D23/A1) or willingness to obtain.
• Desirable: Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of learners to achieve apprenticeship.
• Observe and provide feedback on evidence produced by learners.
• Support learners with functional skills in English and Maths.
