Job summary

ForHousing in Salford is seeking a Customer Connect Hub Officer to handle enquiries from tenants and deliver responsive, customer-focused service. The role is on-site, 36 hours per week, with a salary of £28,682.07 per annum.

You will liaise with customers via email, phone and webchat, log details in our IT system, and coordinate with contractors and external partners to resolve queries. Prior contact centre experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience using MS Office software and Outlook.
• Experience in a contact centre environment would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers using email, phone, and webchat.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Using our IT system to accurately record customer information.
• Liaising with third parties, including contractors and external organisations, to resolve customer enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to update and maintain customer details.
