Unite Group is seeking a Student Safety Team Member to create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors at Unite Students and Hello Student sites. You’ll be the friendly face of the building, handling check-ins, viewings, enquiries and daily resident support to ensure a smooth operation.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be proactive, organised and work in a busy, varied environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
