In this role you’ll handle check-ins, viewings, and resident inquiries while collaborating with colleagues to maintain high property standards and a friendly environment for all residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environments.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
