Job summary

Lovell is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our refurbishment team and be the trusted link between residents, clients, and project teams. You will guide residents through refurbishment works, providing outstanding communication, support and reassurance at every stage of their journey.

With knowledge of housing refurbishment and CRM systems, you will organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries and concerns, and help achieve industry-leading satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care within housing/refurbishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
