Lovell is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our refurbishment team in the UK. You will guide residents through refurbishment works, providing outstanding communication, support and reassurance at every stage of their journey.

You will organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries, resolve concerns and help achieve high levels of satisfaction. A confident communicator with strong organisational and customer care skills is ideal; knowledge of housing

• Must have customer care experience and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of housing refurbishment is advantageous.
• Experience with resident engagement and stakeholder communication is desirable.

You'll organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and help achieve industry-leading satisfaction levels.

We're seeking a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, customer care experience, and a passion for building positive relationships. Knowledge of housing refurbishment, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
