A progressive educational institution in Reading seeks a Resident Graduate for Theatre to support Drama and Dance. This role offers the chance to engage with students while developing creative projects in a supportive environment. This residential post provides valuable support to our Drama and Dance department, classroom learning and boarding houses. It’s a wonderful opportunity for recent graduates wishing to pursue a career in teaching or the performing arts. As a resident graduate, you will have time allocated to develop your own creative projects and portfolio.
You will support the Drama and Dance team, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to the wellbeing of both boarders and day students as part of the House Team. You will also engage with our enthusiastic students in a co‑educational environment.
Salary: £20,500 per annum plus £1,500 boarding allowance, with free accommodation and free board during term time. The school provides accommodation and free board courtesy of our onsite restaurant Oakview during term time, access to a gym, swimming pool, and opportunities for professional development, training and coaching.
