Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the team in Stevenage. You will help manage property operations, tenancy administration, marketing efforts, and deliver an excellent resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Responsibilities include front-of-house service, leasing support, events, university relationships, and administrative tasks to keep systems updated and compliant with health and safety policies.

• Excellent customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living.
• Supports creation of a positive, memorable experience for residents.
• Delivers comprehensive front of house service and exceeds expectations.
• Responds to customer enquiries, conducts viewings and guides leasing journey.
• Responds to queries and complaints following the company’s procedures.
• Supports events and activities within the community.
• Maintains relationships with University clients.
• Keeps local knowledge on travel, entertainment and amenities up to date.
• Completes administrative tasks including maintenance requests and updating databases.
• Carries out marketing activities such as open days and leafleting.
• Executes sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Assists with move-in/move-out processes.
• Performs Health and Safety compliance tasks as required.
• Participates in on-call roster for out-of-hours support.
• Chases rent arrears in line with procedures.
• Promotes tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.
• Raises purchase orders per procedures.
• Ensures timely tenant refunds per policy.
• Looks to maximise utilities efficiency.
