Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in Stevenage to run an autonomous business unit overseeing operations, residents, and the property team to hit budgeted financial and occupancy targets.

You will lead a team, collaborate with marketing for local leasing strategies, manage budgets and P&L reviews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance in the property sector.
• Proven track record in leading a team and delivering service excellence.
• Detailed knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Legislation.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK Health and Safety policies (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team and manage daily operations within budget.
• Shape local marketing and leasing strategies using market data.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are effectively implemented.
• Oversee tenancy management, rent collection and late fees.
• Prepare budgets and forecast performance; report variances.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
