Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Operations Leader in London to run an autonomous business unit, overseeing residents, staff, and resources to meet budgeted goals. You’ll lead by example to build a vibrant, safe community where residents enjoy living.

You will drive leasing, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing and finance to optimize occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance in property sector or similar.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver service excellence.
• Understanding of Landlord/Tenant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; numerical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as role model by demonstrating core values to the team.
• Lead team to exceed resident expectations and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies based on data.
• Manage marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders and report performance data.
• Engage with residents to improve service delivery and events.
• Monitor budgets, revenues, and payments; forecast annual budgets.
• Attend P&L reviews and manage financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, renewals, and capital projects with cross-functional teams.
