Responsibilities

• Leads the team to create positive experiences by exceeding resident expectations.
• Shapes local marketing and leasing strategies based on market data to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Oversees budgeting, P&L reviews, and financial reporting for the community.
• Manages tenancy processes, inspections, and collection of rents and late fees.
• Coordinates maintenance, repairs, and capital projects to high standards within budgets and timelines.
• Ensures health & safety compliance and a safe living environment for residents.
