Greystar is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead an autonomous on-site unit at a residential property in London. You will manage daily operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will shape local marketing/leasing strategies, monitor budgets, coordinate maintenance and safety, and report to stakeholders, ensuring compliance and high standards.

• Strong track record of driving leasing performance in property sectors.
• Experience leading on-site teams and managing operations.
• Solid understanding of landlord/tenant legislation.
