Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in the United Kingdom to run an autonomous property unit, leading a team, managing daily operations, and meeting budgeted financial goals. The role requires commercial property management experience and a focus on creating a vibrant, safe, welcoming community for residents.

The candidate will lead leasing strategies, oversee maintenance and vendor management, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering high levels of resident

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance in property management or a similar setting.
• Proven leadership能力 with a track record of delivering service excellence.
• Strong understanding of landlord/tenant legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals and manage daily operations.
• Develop local leasing strategies in partnership with marketing based on market data.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L reporting and financial performance of the property.
• Maintain safety, compliance and high standards of property presentation.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management and timely resident communications.
• Foster resident satisfaction through proactive service and events.
