Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager in the UK to lead on-site operations, drive leasing performance, and manage budgets for a welcoming resident community. You will mentor a team, coordinate marketing strategies, and partner with stakeholders to optimize occupancy and revenue.

You will oversee safety/compliance, prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong owner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance and managing operations in property sector.
• Proven leadership with ability to recruit, guide and evaluate team members.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site property operations, ensuring budgeted financial and operational goals are met.
• Shape local marketing and leasing strategies based on market data to reach occupancy targets.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and report performance data.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance policies are followed across the community.
• Develop and coach team members, drive service excellence and resident satisfaction.
