Greystar Worldwide, LLC is recruiting for a Property Operations Manager in Greater London. You will run an autonomous business unit, responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, budgeting, and delivering a safe, vibrant community for residents.

The role requires driving occupancy and revenue while maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance. Work closely with regional teams and external partners.

Formación

• Experience driving leasing performance and managing operations in property sector.
• Proven leadership in similar management roles with service excellence.
• Knowledge of UK Landlord/Tenant legislation and compliance.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and numerical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the property operations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies based on market data.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the community.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and report performance.
• Ensure timely resident communication and resolve service issues.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and periodic financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance/planned works with contractors and capital projects teams.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and a safe residential environment.
