Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in the United Kingdom to lead an autonomous property unit and drive its daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations. The role focuses on building a vibrant community, achieving occupancy and revenue goals, and managing a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to shape local marketing, enforce compliance, and ensure high standards of service and safety across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading leasing and operations in property management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Strong communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
