Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is supporting a premium student living operator in London to hire a Day Concierge for a 120-studio community. This resident-facing role focuses on delivering outstanding service, welcoming residents, and supporting day-to-day operations to keep the building running smoothly.

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good IT and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Manage resident enquiries and provide day-to-day support.
• Conduct resident check-ins, check-outs, and property viewings.
• Maintain accurate handovers, records, and operational reports.
• Handle parcels, deliveries, and visitor access.
• Support resident events and community engagement activities.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and contractors.
• Ensure communal areas are presented to a high standard.
• Resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
