Berkeley Living is seeking a proactive concierge professional to deliver a five‑star resident experience across a vibrant Berkeley Living community in Slough. You will greet residents and visitors, support viewing appointments, and ensure a seamless, caring journey from application to move‑in.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a five‑star resident experience.
• Strong communication with residents and visitors.
• Organised and proactive in a busy environment.
• Team oriented but able to take ownership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the concierge area and greet residents and visitors.
• Support leasing with viewing appointments as needed.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑touch customer journey for applicants and residents.
• Oversee events, offers and initiatives to build a vibrant community.
• Prepare welcome gifts for move‑ins and manage check‑in/out inventories.
• Organise resident experience events and maintain a clean, well‑presented space.
• Ensure concierge area is staffed, tidy and secure deliveries are stored safely.
• Assist with the unit turn process and move‑in/check‑out coordination.
• Engage with residents to gather feedback and communicate with the team.
