Job summary

Places for People is seeking a professional Concierge at The Tower, London to welcome residents and visitors and deliver outstanding service. You will help keep communal areas secure and well-presented, while handling queries and emergencies with courtesy.

The role follows a 4 on 4 off rolling rota (7 AM to 7 PM), with duties including CCTV monitoring, visitor access, deliveries, and key management. Inclusive culture and supportive environment offered.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure.
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access.
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures.
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly.
