Job summary

An award-winning recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Resettlement Broker in Wandsworth, UK. The role involves helping individuals with acute mental health needs transition from custody to community. We are currently hiring for a Resettlement Broker

Location: Wandsworth

Hours: 20 hours per week

Pay: £15 per hour PAYE

Enhanced DBS Checks Required

Make a real difference to people's lives as they move from custody back into the community. We're looking for a dedicated Resettlement Broker to support individuals with acute mental health needs, helping them access the care, stability and opportunities they need to thrive.

What you’ll do:
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to assess needs and create personalised support plans.
  • Deliver in-custody groups and provide through-the-gate support, including meeting service users on the day of release.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, partner agencies and community organisations.
  • Support individuals to access ongoing healthcare, training and employment.
  • Maintain accurate records, meet performance targets and help shape a growing, dynamic service.
