Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee group and individual reservations across multiple properties. You will work with the Revenue Manager to maximise revenue, convert enquiries and ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in branded hotel environments, and familiarity with loyalty programs. Opera/Opera Cloud experience is essential, with Delphi as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in group reservations within a branded hotel environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs (IHG One Rewards, Marriott Bonvoy recommended).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and implement group reservation strategies.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports.
• Support Reservations Agents and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to communicate guest requirements.
• Recognise loyalty members and ensure professional guest experiences.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties
• Work alongside the Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and follow group reservation strategies
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports
• Support and guide Reservations Agents, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Coordinate closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated effectively
• Recognise loyalty programme members and ensure a consistently professional guest experience
• Complete quality checks and ensure reservations are accurately managed

• Previous group reservations experience within a branded hotel environment is desirable
• Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, ideally IHG One Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Opera experience is essential, with a move to Opera Cloud planned
• Delphi experience would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to delivering excellent guest service and supporting colleagues
