Job summary

Holiday Inn London Camden Lock is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle enquiries and bookings for individuals and groups. You’ll liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Located in Camden Town, this permanent full-time role requires Opera knowledge and strong communication to provide a smooth guest experience from first contact through check-in.

Have you worked as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or Reservations Agent before? Do you have experience using Opera?

As a Reservations Agent, You Will Be Expected To

Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.

You will be responsible for organising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, in addition to ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
