Qualifications

• Delphi experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive approach to delivering excellent guest service and supporting colleagues.

• Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties.
• Work with Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and apply group reservation strategies.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports.
• Support and guide Reservations Agents to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to communicate guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Reservations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the reservations process across multiple properties, with a particular focus on group business.

• Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties
• Work alongside the Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and follow group reservation strategies
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports
• Support and guide Reservations Agents, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Coordinate closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated effectively
• Recognise loyalty programme members and ensure a consistently professional guest experience
• Complete quality checks and ensure reservations are accurately managed

• Previous group reservations experience within a branded hotel environment is desirable
