Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock in London is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest enquiries by phone or email and to handle individual and group bookings with precision. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are fulfilled and maintain a high standard of service in a busy hotel environment.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be expected to:

Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.

You will be responsible fororganising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, in addition to ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
