Millennium Hotels is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor. You will be the first point of contact for guests and stakeholders, entering accurate booking details into Opera while maintaining a selling mindset to maximise room revenue.

You will follow department standards, gather necessary reservation information, and use your product knowledge to assist clients professionally. This role is in-person at the hotel with opportunities for growth within Millennium Hotels.

• Ability to complete reservations within deadlines.
