Job summary

The Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and stakeholders, entering correct booking information into Opera promptly and to operate with a selling attitude at all times in order to maximise room sales and hotel revenues.

You will work on-site in Slough, using Opera to handle individual and group reservations, ensuring information is accurate, and contributing to a professional guest experience with strong attention to deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of Opera reservations system.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
