Job summary

Millennium Hotels in London seeks a proactive Reservations Agent to respond to and convert meetings and events enquiries of all sizes. Based at High Street Kensington on-site, you’ll ensure the client’s event succeeds with accurate details and seamless coordination with on-property colleagues.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to work quickly, and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Job description

Working on behalf of multiple hotels within the collection, you will join a small but sales hungry team to respond to and convert meetings and event enquiries of all sizes and type. You will work hard to ensure the client’s event is a success and every detail is accurate. You will work with on-property colleagues who will use your work to bring the event to life.

As a successful applicant, you will bring the below skills to the team to ensure conversion success and profit focus. Based at High Street Kensington on-site role.

Previous experience of Delphi and / or Opera Cloud would be advantageous.

• A real passion for the hospitality industry and providing industry leading customer service – taking the time and effort to understand client requirements, by spending time chatting on the phone to them when possible.
• A sales hunger demonstrated through their conversion achievements and upsell results
• A ‘can do’ attitude with creative solutions offered to potential opportunities.
• Experience working as a reservation agent would be advantageous
