The role involves supporting both reservations and events, handling day-to-day inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer care. Candidates should have experience with Opera PMS, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. This full-time position offers a salary of £26,956.80 per annum with opportunities for career development and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with hotel booking systems, especially Opera.
• Strong organizational skills focused on administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication abilities and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all charges are raised and paid for following procedures.
• Upsell services to maximize revenue.
• Manage event and meeting space bookings effectively.
• Develop relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Professionally handle guest feedback and requests.

Skills

Previous experience of PMS i.e. Opera

Organisational skills based around administration

Excellent time‑management and communication skills

Positive and approachable attitude

Ability to work on own and as part of a team

Fluent English both verbally and written
