Responsibilities

• You will lead a dedicated team, managing performance and skill development to ensure a high level of competency.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of work instructions and process procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary updates to business processes as we upgrade our PLM tools.
• Drive core configuration management activities, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and technical controls.
• Manage projects focused on process development and improvement, facilitating effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You possess in-depth knowledge (ideally 20 years+) of configuration, definitions, and documentation processes.
• Your experience in large OEM organizations has equipped you with a strong understanding of complex products.
• You have a proven track record in process ownership and configuration management, particularly in technical control of introduction points.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter (PLM2020), AWC, and NX, along with a solid understanding of SAP, is essential.
• A broad understanding of gas turbine products and a structured, analytical mindset will set you apart.
