A civic university in the Liverpool City Region is seeking a Research Culture Officer to develop a joint research culture strategy and facilitate opportunities for collaboration. Key responsibilities include organizing events to improve access to PURI research and supporting research integrity. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and experience in stakeholder engagement. In the context of the University's Strategy 2030 and Research and Knowledge Exchange Plan 2030, LJMU currently has 3 Pan-University Research Institutes (PURI): the Forensic Research Institute (FORRI), Institute of Health Research (IHR) and Liverpool Research Institute for Climate and Sustainability (LiRICS). The post is designed to develop a joint PURI research culture strategy with measurable KPIs, an RCO post cost recovery plan, and a biennial research culture evaluation report. The RCO will be based in Research and Innovation Services and liaise with all PURI Directors.
