We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time, 39 hour per week, vacancy based out of our Exeter office. This field-based role involves frequent travel across Devon & Cornwall as well as some travel across Dorset.
The overall purpose of the role is to carry out surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes.
You’ll be highly self-motivated with the rigour to pursue goals, and a confident collaborator, networker and relationship builder with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
RICS (Building Surveying) or MCIOB membership.
