The role is based in Basingstoke with a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time 37 hours per week, with at least 20% office-based work to foster collaboration.

The post requires travel to Portsmouth and Basingstoke as needed, with business mileage paid.

• Lead our Responsive Repairs, Administration and Compliance Planning teams.
• Oversee scheduling of repair and maintenance works and drive performance.
• Use data to identify opportunities for service improvement and compliance.
