VIVID is seeking an experienced Repairs Scheduling & Administration Manager to lead our Responsive Repairs, Administration and Compliance Planning teams in a key social housing role. This full-time position drives performance and continuous improvement to deliver safe, high-quality repairs on time.

You will manage scheduling, use data to identify improvements, and lead a high-performing team across our Basingstoke and Portsmouth offices, with hybrid working and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Confident and inspiring manager with experience managing repairs planning, administration and compliance functions in social housing, contractor or similar environment.
• Excellent people management and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to lead change while maintaining high levels of performance.
• Sound understanding of property maintenance, compliance requirements and the social housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Repairs Scheduling, Administration, and Compliance Planning teams within Property Services.
• Drive performance, productivity and continuous improvement across planning and admin functions.
• Oversee scheduling of repair and maintenance works and ensure timeliness.
• Manage performance against key KPIs and act as escalation point for complex enquiries.
• Support delivery of wider strategic objectives through strong leadership.
