Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking a Scheduler/Repairs Planner to join our busy office-based team in Surrey. The role focuses on booking and organising repair appointments, coordinating operatives, and maintaining clear records while keeping residents informed by phone.

Ideal candidates will have experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction, be highly organised, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, property maintenance, repairs or construction is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling a high volume of calls.
• Ability to stay organised and prioritise when workloads change.
• Comfortable using computer systems and keeping records updated.

Responsibilities

• Booking repair and maintenance appointments
• Scheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloads
• Speaking with tenants and residents over the phone
• Rearranging appointments when priorities change
• Updating job information and keeping records accurate
• Liaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teams
• Helping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointments
• Supporting urgent and reactive works
• Keeping customers updated on appointment times and changes
• General coordination and administration around live jobs
