Overview

Repairs Scheduler – Salary: GBP28,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Office working at our office in Garston, Liverpool (L19 2RF)

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing date: 28 September 2025

Interview date: 7 October 2025

This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service - who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services. The successful applicant will be employed on Avela Home Services' Conditions of Employment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high quality, professional service to customers relating to repairs and compliance works.
  • Effectively manage operative diaries and handle complex customer enquiries by phone, email, or web, resolving where possible.
Skills and experience
  • Good standard of general education including Maths and English (grace C/4 or above).
  • Experience of working within a Contact Centre environment, scheduling and allocating repair work to maximise efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of social housing, repairs and maintenance; excellent customer service and communication skills.
