Job summary

Build Recruitment in Watford is seeking a Repairs Manager with a proven record in repairs, maintenance, voids or related construction services. You will lead multi-skilled teams, coach colleagues, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure resilient service delivery.

You will manage budgets, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture. A recognised health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.

Qualifications

Day to Day for Repairs Manager

We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You’ll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
