Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Repairs Manager for a permanent role in Watford. You will lead repairs, maintenance, voids and related construction services, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver a fast-paced operation.

You will supervise multi-skilled teams, manage budgets, performance metrics and service improvement initiatives, and bring a recognised trade background. NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications would be advantageous.

Qualifications

Repairs Manager

Watford

Day to Day for Repairs Manager:

• We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment.
• You’ll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You’ll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives.
• A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
